Delete your Bubbas account

In the app
Open Bubbas and go to Settings → Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion because the action is permanent.
If you are a household owner with other members, the app may ask you to transfer ownership or remove members before deleting the account so shared household data is handled correctly.
Without the app
You can request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Bubbas account and include the subject “Bubbas Account Deletion Request.”
If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify the account before deletion. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes or permanently de-identifies:
- Your Bubbas account profile and authentication record.
- Dog profiles, training goals, plans, sessions, progress, and check-ins.
- AI coach conversations, prompts, responses, summaries, and related context.
- Photos, videos, memories, audio, transcripts, and uploaded training media.
- Household data when you are the sole household member.
- Public training wins associated with your account, unless already anonymized.
Data retained
Some information may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or operational reasons:
- Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat subscription or transaction records needed for billing, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, and entitlement history.
- Support messages needed to resolve deletion, billing, safety, or legal requests.
- Security logs, crash logs, and abuse-prevention records for a limited period.
- Backups until they expire on normal backup cycles.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you.
Deleting your Bubbas account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel active subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play subscriptions to stop future billing.
Timing
In-app account deletion usually begins immediately. Email requests are normally reviewed within 7 days and completed within 30 days after verification, unless we need more time because of legal, security, or verification requirements. Backup copies may take up to 90 days to expire from normal backup systems.
