1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bubbas mobile application and teambubbas.com website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

2. Description of Service

Bubbas is a dog training application that provides step-by-step training plans, progress tracking, and educational content for dog owners. The Service is available as a mobile app on iOS (and other platforms as they become available).

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Bubbas offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at the chosen plan rate ($19.99/month or $69/year) unless cancelled.
• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated means to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, training plans, and software) are owned by Bubbas and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Bubbas provides dog training guidance for educational purposes. We are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or certified dog behaviorist consultation. If your dog has serious behavioral issues, aggression, or medical conditions, please consult a qualified professional.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific training results, as outcomes depend on the individual dog, consistency of practice, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubbas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to your dog’s behavior, training outcomes, or property damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@teambubbas.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.

No Class Actions. You and Bubbas agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

13. User-Generated Content

The Service may allow you to submit content (such as text, feedback, or comments) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Bubbas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms.

14. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund is required by the platform through which you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store). If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@teambubbas.com and we will review your request. Any refunds are at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

15. Accessibility

We aim to make the Service accessible to as many users as possible. If you encounter accessibility issues, contact us at support@teambubbas.com and we will work to address them.
